Digital Products Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Golden Rose Bespoke for your custom digital nail and hair designs. Because all of our products are delivered as digital files, we do not offer traditional returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and have outlined the following policy to address any issues you may encounter.
1. No Returns on Downloaded Goods
All products sold by Golden Rose Bespoke (e.g., PNG, AI, or EPS files) are delivered via an instant digital download link. As soon as you receive and download your design, ownership transfers to you. Accordingly, we cannot “take back” or “return” a digital file once it has been delivered.
- No Refund After Download: Once you click the download link and obtain your high-resolution file, the sale is final.
- Before Download: If you haven’t yet clicked the download link within 7 days of purchase, you may request a cancellation and full refund. After 7 days, no refund will be issued.
2. Quality Guarantee & Revisions
Although we do not accept returns of delivered files, our process is designed to ensure you receive exactly what you paid for:
- One Complimentary Revision per Design: After your initial digital file is shared, you have up to 7 days to submit revision requests (color tweaks, small adjustments, etc.). We will implement one round of revisions at no additional cost, so you can confirm the design meets your expectations before final approval.
- Defective or Corrupted Files: If your downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to open in standard design software, please notify us within 7 days of the link being shared. We will replace the defective file free of charge.
- File Compatibility: All files are provided in common professional formats. If you cannot open a file because of compatibility issues (e.g., outdated software), let us know. We will attempt to export a different format or version to meet your needs.
3. Refund Eligibility & Process
3.1 Refund Window
Cancellation & Refund (Before Download): You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase—provided you have not yet clicked the download link or saved the file. After 7 days, no refund is available.
No Refund After Download: If you have already downloaded the file, no refund is available, regardless of whether you’ve used the revision. Instead, please use your one complimentary revision (see Section 2).
3.2 How to Request a Refund or Replacement
- Email Us: Send an email to refunds@goldenrosebespoke.com within the 7-day window (for cancellations) or within 7 days of download (for defective files).
- Provide Details: Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue (e.g., “Download link expired before I could access it,” or “file is corrupted and will not open”).
- We’ll Respond Within 48 Hours: Our team will verify your order and status. If your request is valid (no prior download or file corruption), we’ll issue the refund or resend a corrected file within 1–2 business days.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed or the replacement file is available.
4. Exceptions & Special Circumstances
- Expired Download Links: If your download link expires before you can access the file, let us know within 7 days of purchase, and we will resend a new link at no charge.
- Order Errors: If you accidentally purchased the wrong item, notify us within 3 days of purchase (before downloading). We can cancel the original order and issue a full refund so you can reorder the correct item.
- Volume Licenses or Bundles: If you purchased a multi-design bundle and have downloaded some—but not all—items, refunds will be prorated for any unused, undownloaded files. Contact refunds@goldenrosebespoke.com for details.
